Schedule a Pilates hour into your weekly planner. This can be attending one of the classes on the timetable below through Zoom or pencil in the time you are going to do a recording. (Write it down!)
Accountability If you can’t get to timetabled class let me know when you plan to get in so we all progress week to week
Discipline a little homework for the week. Along with the classes you will receive a mini 25 min mat Pilates class and a 10 min Stretch Out session. We are all alot busier so these will be perfect for before work, if you find you are last in the queue for WIFI and before walks/Golf/Jogging to fire up muscles & joints so they are more efficient.
